What can I expect from the experience?

SANA is a modern banya built to inspire health, balance, and meaningful connection. Whether you seek deep restoration, or a good time with friends, we invite you to move through the saunas, cold plunge, steam and nourishing dishes at your own rhythm.

How do I book or cancel my visit?

Day Passes can be booked online or phone/in-person. Packages of Day Passes or Memberships can be purchased in person, over the phone or via email. Please call or email booking@sanasana.ca. Cancellations must be done by emailing booking@sanasana.ca or via your account within 12 hours of your reservation. If you have a membership and do not finalize your cancellation there is a no-show fee of $40.

Can I bring a guest?

Yes, you are able to book and purchase a pass for your guest when you check-out through our booking system. If you have any difficulties please call us at 6479309802 or email booking@sanasana.ca and we're happy to assist.

Question 4

What should I bring with me?

Accepted Answer

Bring your bathing suit, water bottle (no glass) and slides/sandals. Onsite, we provide complimentary robes and towels. Slides are available for purchase if needed. We are a mandatory slide/sandal facility.

What is your cancellation policy?

Accepted Answer

SANA offers a monthly recurring unlimited membership (one entry per day, no re-entry and non transferrable). This membership has a 3 month commitment and requires 30 days notice to cancel. Book any self guided session, anytime once per day online. A $40 fee applies to missed bookings and late cancellations (24 hours notice required). Day Pass Cancellation Policy (Including Packages): At SANA we require 12 hours notice to cancel your booking with no charge. If you cancel within the 12 hour window you will be charged the full amount of the pass.

Are food and drinks available on site?

Yes, we are happy to offer you seasonally inspired European classics along with alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverage options.

Question 7

What are the safety protocols surrounding cold plunges?

We make health and safety our priority at SANA. A daily, weekly and monthly cleaning system is in place along with an extensive filtration system and chlorination system. We adhere to Health Canada's guidelines and regularly test our waters manually.

What facilities are offered?

Infrared Sauna, Dry Sauna, Steam Room, 2 Cold Plunge Tubs, Bucket Shower, Waterfall Shower, Lounge with Complimentary Tea Station, Dining Room offering food and beverages (alcoholic and non-alcoholic) and access to Locker Rooms with showers. We provide bags for wet clothes, shampoo, conditioner and body wash along with Dyson Hair Dryers.

Can eat or drink at SANA without using the wellness facilities?

Our dining room is open to guests who purchase a day pass or have a membership only. We encourage you to enjoy the full experience at SANA.

What are hours & rates?

SANA Facilities: Tuesday - Friday 7am-10pm, Saturday - Sunday 9am-10pm. Restaurant & Bar: Tuesday - Friday 5pm-10pm, Saturday - Sunday 11am-10pm. We are closed Mondays. Day Pass for full access to facilities is $60. Off-Peak Passes (10-3pm Weekdays) $40. Note: off peak rate to be reflected in-person at checkout. When booking online the price will show as $60, your credit card is for a guarantee and then pricing is adjusted to $40 after your experience. Are sessions guided or self-guided?

We currently offer self-guided journeys and look forward to offering guided starts from a facilitator every 90 minutes in the near future.

Where is SANA and is parking available?

We're located at 211 Geary Ave in Toronto. There is paid street parking available along Geary.

Question 13

What is the expected etiquette while visiting the space?

Quiet conversations are welcomed but please be mindful of others who may be enjoying a more meditative experience. We kindly ask that voices remain low and respectful. No phones except in the dining room. We recommend to leave eye glasses in your locker. Mandatory Slides/Sandals. For hygiene and comfort we ask all guests to place a towel beneath them while using the sauna benches.
